PAWS Pet Grooming had been in operation for 13 years when David O’Connor learned that this pillar in the community was facing closure in 2018. Rather than watch this prominent Rhode Island establishment shut its doors to dog owners in the area, David chose to invest in its continuation and attract talent locally. After overcoming a period of obstacles, PAWS Pet Grooming was once again fully operational by the end of the summer in 2020.
